• The worm wheel is made from cast nickel phosphor bronze confirming to BS 1400. PB-2 rim moulded with cast iron centre. Sleeve bearings are used on worm shaft with angular contact ball bearings being used to take thrust load.
• Sleeve bearings are provided on wheel shaft for maximum load carrying capacity. Each & every gear unit have limited backlash for lift operation.
• One of the most important factors is that the special care is taken for oil circulation so that ample quantity of oil reaches to all sleeve bearings imparting longer life. Thus, the gear units offer maximum performance with minimum maintenance require only periodic oil checking.
• We recommend SAE-320 oil for gear units.
